Introduction to Tantra (Tuesdays)

We’ve all heard of Tantra but do we know what it is and how to actually practice it? Tantra is the quick path to enlightenment. It is the rarest of instructions and so we have a wonderful opportunity now to get to understand it.

Tantra involves harnessing the power of our mind and using our imagination to connect with our pure potential. By imagining the result and relating to this we create the causes to experience it in our everyday reality much more quickly. By imagining ourselves as more loving, more compassionate and wiser we can break out of the prison of the usual mundane ideas, and awaken our vast potential for pure happiness.

These introductory classes will explain what Tantra is (and what it is not), and explore how we can access the pure, inner potential we all have, to develop and train our mind towards the ultimate happiness and freedom of enlightenment.

These classes are suitable for everyone, and no previous experience is needed. Each class is self-contained. Come along to as many as you like. Everyone is welcome.
