We are fortunate in so many ways to live in the comfort of modern times but despite the progress we’ve made in the world, it often fails to bring us the happiness and trouble-free joy we desire. However, we can look beyond our everyday life, the places we go, the people we know, the pleasures we enjoy without giving them up, and “upgrade” our lives by looking inwards rather than going to things outside of us to make life work. Let’s make the good life even better!

In these classes we will discover the ways in which we can pursue training our mind to enhance our experiences and relationships no matter our circumstances, freeing us to be able to accept more, put effort into creating lasting happiness and focus on a truly meaningful, better life.

These classes are suitable for everyone, and no previous experience is needed. You can start coming to classes at any time and can attend as many sessions as you wish. Each class is self-contained. Everyone is welcome.

Class Format and Fees
Each class is self-contained. Everyone is welcome. This class is only available to watch live, you will only be able to view it whilst it is being streamed and will not be able to view it at a later time or date.

How Do These Classes Work?
These classes are livestreamed via YouTube. You will receive a link by email for you to watch the class live for your chosen date when you complete the purchase of your ticket .

1. Book your ticket online from here on TicketTailor.

2. You need to book online before the class starts.

2. You will receive an acknowledgement email from TicketTailor with your booking details and the hyperlink to the YouTube video.

3. On the day you have booked to watch the class, simply click the link from within the email and watch on your chosen device.

4. You will need to watch the class live in real-time as it will not be available to watch at a later time or date after the livestream finishes.
