Choose Love: A Public Talk with ordained Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Tsangpa
Hosted by Kadampa Meditation Centre Plymouth
Normally when we love someone we feel they are especially important to us and that their happiness matters. This mind of love is an expression of our pure nature and has the potential to grow into a more expansive mind that cherishes each and every living being equally. Such a mind has the power to protect both ourselves and others from suffering and gives rise to pure happiness.
During this special talk we will learn how to develop our present minds of cherishing others into the supremely precious minds of universal love and compassion which can directly protect us from feelings of hurt, jealousy, loneliness, and grief.
This event is a great introduction for those who are new to Buddhist teachings and will give you practical tools to transform all of your daily relationships.
