Bump in the Knight Tales at Eli's Rose and Crown

Somerset is an old county. Its history is filled with tales of ancient Kings and powerful monasteries; but with it comes its darker side. Rebellion. Murder. Torture and punishment. Dark tales of dragons that would scare off any Dane invader from our shores. And not forgetting...Ghosts.

Reputed to be one of the most haunted counties in England, Luke will share with you some of the most chilling first-hand encounters he has come across in Somerset - which will have you scratching your head, begging for a rational explanation. 

Luke Knight is a presenter and broadcaster whose online history channel Knight Tales has grown to more than 80,000 followers across all platforms. This year Luke is bringing his NEW 'Creepy Pub Crawlie' Halloween tour to Eli's Rose and Crown to share some of the most gruesome and chilling stories from Somerset. 

The Rose and Crown is a Grade 2 listed 17th-century thatched inn known locally as "Eli's" after the former owner Eli Scott who took over the family pub in 1920. The hub of the pub is the rare counterless flagstoned taproom (one of only eight left in UK) which leads out to four cosy parlours. West room, Piano room, Mens kitchen, Fire room. There is a large car park. 

Eli’s will have a food truck on site that evening from 5:30-8pm. Pitta & Grill, serving authentic Lebanese street food.
