Design professional specializing in brand strategy and service design, with a focus on leveraging curiosity, research, data, and insights to create holistic, humanity-centered design solutions.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated brand experiences that uphold high standards of excellence, including ADA compliance and accessibility. Experience includes working with a diverse range of clients—from government and non-profits to regional and international businesses—to develop inclusive brand strategies, and craft connected experiences that tell compelling stories and drive measurable impact.

Actively bridges professional practice and academic curriculum as a design educator, with ongoing research exploring the intersection of AI and DEI through a service design lens.
