Plan for Profit: A 2026 Business Planning Workshop
Feeling busy but not profitable? This hands-on workshop is for small business owners who want clearer numbers, stronger cash flow, and a realistic plan for 2026 — without accounting jargon or overwhelm.
We’ll explain each concept step-by-step, then give you time to work through it using your own business numbers, with guidance and support throughout the session.
What to Bring:

You don't need perfect books -- just real numbers to work with.
You'll Learn How To:
- Set realistic revenue and margin goals for 2026
- Understand your Mini P&L in plain language
- Calculate how much you need to sell to pay yourself, hire, or pay down debt
- Identify where cash is leaking — even when you’re profitable
- Plan for break even and “what if” scenarios
- Choose 3 clear priorities to work on in 2026
Who Should Attend?
Small business owners who want:
- Less financial stress
- More clarity and control
- A business that supports their long-term goals
