Summer means fire, and this month we’re taking it outside. You’ll learn how to smash the perfect Indian-spiced burger, shape and grill juicy seekh kebabs, and cook sweet potato over live flame with proper char and smoke.
We’ll break down marinades — what actually tenderises meat, how long is too long, and how to build flavour that stands up to the grill.
You’ll get confident with charcoal, heat zones and flare-ups (without burning everything).
BIG TERRACE ENERGY — hands-on, slightly messy and seriously satisfying. When the grilling’s done, we’ll plate up and eat everything you’ve cooked together with summer vibes.
