Iraqi Creatives and Media Professionals Mixer

Calling all Iraqi creatives, storytellers, and media workers.

Join fellow Iraqi creatives and media professionals for an evening of connection, conversation, and community, built around the theme of creative entrepreneurship. Whether you're a filmmaker, writer, designer, journalist, or just starting out on your creative path, this is a warm space to connect with like-minded people.

This will be the second Iraqi Creatives & Media Professionals Mixer after our first last year. This year Hajer, founder of Iraqi Diaspora Creatives will share her journey and the new Iraqi digital platform 'Koma كومه' that she is building .

You will also be hearing from Philip Juma, owner of Juma Kitchen and his latest venture (and the venue of our evening) Juma spaces. He will be sharing his story and telling us a bit about the next phase of what he is trying to build with Juma Spaces.

Our third speaker will be Khadijah Abdul Nabi, founder of Baghdad based branding and design studio, Ya Khadijah. She will be telling us about her journey and where her studio is headed.
