This program will include a welcome by Konbit Sante’s Board President, Eva Lathrop, MD, MPH, introductions by Tezita Negussie, MSW, MPH, Konbit Sante’s acting Executive Director and Country Director, and featuring presentations by Dr. Rony Saint Fleur and Dr. Adam Silverman, followed by Q&A. Featured speakers: Dr. Rony Saint Fleur, faculty at Justinien University Hospital, Cap-Haitien, Haiti, and Konbit Sante’s Program Manager for pediatric care. Dr. Adam Silverman, Pediatric Critical Care Physician at Connecticut Children’s in Hartford, Co-Founder and Director of Connecticut Children’s Center for Global Health, and Konbit Sante Board Member. Drs. Saint Fleur and Silverman will discuss pediatric care, resident education, and their long-term, data-driven collaboration to improve patient outcomes at a large public teaching hospital in northern Haiti.
