Feeding your baby is one of the most important parts of early parenting-and one of the most misunderstood. This Infant Feeding Class with a strong focus on breastfeeding helps new and expecting parents understand the why and how of nourishing a newborn.

Whether you plan to breastfeed, chestfeed, pump, bottle-feed, formula feed, or combine approaches, this class gives you practical tools and confidence to make informed feeding decisions that work for you and your baby.

When: Fourth Wednesday of the month, 6:30 p.m.-8:45 p.m.
There is no class in November or December 2026.
