Join us in Cardiff to celebrate Changbin, Han, Felix, and Seungmin's birthday with a cupsleeve event hosted by Kpop Cymru and Stay in Cardiff! Bring your friends, or meet other STAY, listen to all your favourite Stray Kids songs, take cute photographs, sip some amazing bubble tea, participate in an official photcard lucky draw, buy official and fan made merch, and trade photocards with other fans 🎉

How To Attend:

Timeslots are limited due to event space, so please book a ticket ahead of time to guarantee your spot. We may be able to offer walk-in spots on the day, but be prepared to wait outside if the shop is very busy!

Everyone will need to purchase a free Cupsleeve Ticket to secure their spot. You can then add on a Changbin, Han, Felix, or Seungmin Bias Pack as an extra.

What time is the event?
The event will take place between 12 pm and 6 pm on September 5th, 2026.

What time slots are available?
Time slots are available every hour. If the store is at capacity, you may be asked to queue outside the store until space is available. If it is busy, you may be asked to leave at the end of your time slot.

What payment methods are available on the day?
The shop will take cash or card payments.

For additional items from Kpop Cymru (such as merch, adding on a Bias Pack, or lucky draw photocards) we will take cash, card, or Paypal payments.

For additional items from Stay in Cardiff (such as merch, or lucky draw photocards), they will take cash, Paypal, or bank transfer.

Can I bring a friend/family/guardian/carer?
Please ensure that everyone attending has a ticket, even a free tier (whether they choose to take a cupsleeve or not.) This is to allow us to fit everyone safely into the space, as we do not know how busy it will be on the day! Carers do not require a ticket.

How do I get there?
The event will be at Boba Time Capitol in the Capitol Shopping Centre. The Capitol Shopping Centre is at the top of Queen Street. It is an easy walk from several public transport links (including Cardiff Central and Queen Street stations). Parking is available in several locations in the city centre, including various NCP multi-storey car parks!

Is the merch in the TIERS official or fan made?
The cupsleeve design, photocards, 4-cut photo strip, button badge, and SKZOO print are all fan made with care and love and designed specifically for the event. The cupsleeve design elements and SKZOO print were illustrated by the Kpop Cymru founder, a traditionally trained 2D animator. The 4-cut photo strip was designed by Stay in Cardiff.

Will there be official merch for sale?
A selection of official photocards, albums, and other merch will be available to purchase. These items will largely be pre-loved, from the Kpop Cymru and Stay in Cardiff founder's personal collection. Inclusions and condition will be clearly marked and provided. Other groups may also be available! Fan made merch created by Kpop Cymru and Stay in Cardiff will also be available.
