Join us in the Main Hall of Cathays Community Centre for a jam-packed event filled with incredible vendors, activities, and more.

Perfect for all-ages, whether you're a new or veteran kpop fan! There'll be something for everyone available, especially if you're looking for unique gifts for the holiday season.

How to Attend:

Due to venue capacity, tickets will be required to attend the event. Please book a ticket ahead of time to guarantee your spot. We will do our best to accommodate walk-ins on the day of the market, but you may need to wait outside if we're at capacity.

Tickets are £2* to enter. Under 10s can attend for free, but will need to "purchase" a free Under 10s ticket so we can track the venue capacity.

We ask that anyone 15 or under please be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

What time is the event?
The event will take place between 11 am and 5 pm on November 14th, 2026.

What time slots are available?
Two three-hour time slots are available; 11am - 2pm, and 2pm to 5pm. This is to ensure more people can attend due to venue capacity! If the Main Hall is at capacity, you may be asked to wait outside the Hall until space is available. You will need to leave at the end of your time slot.

What payment methods are available on the day?
Each Vendor will accept different payment methods. Please refer to their individual announcement posts on our social media to check which payment method they will accept. We recommend bringing some cash just in case of signal or wi-fi outages. If making any additional purchases directly from Kpop Cymru on the day, we accept cash, card, or Paypal payments.

Can I bring a friend/family/guardian/carer?
Yes! We just ask that you please ensure that everyone attending has a ticket. This is so we can fit everyone safely into the space, as we do not know how busy it will be on the day! Carers do not require a ticket, but please contact us at kpopcymru@gmail.com if you are bringing a Carer.

How do I get there?
The event will be at Cathays Community Centre. You can access the Community Centre by public transport or car. There are several car parks close to the venue, and Cathays train station is a short walk away. Cathays Community Centre offers details on their website if you're travelling by car or by public transport.

Is the venue accessible?
Yes! The Main Hall is on the ground level of Cathays Community Centre. There is a drop curb at the front of the building, with a wide entrance to the site and a large front door leading to the main reception. The hallways are also wide with ramps for wheelchairs. The entrance to the Main Hall has double doors. We will also be planning the table layout carefully to allow wheelchairs to navigate the Main Hall. If you need any assistance on the day, please don't hesitate to ask our volunteers

Can I bring my dog?
Due to the nature of the event, we ask that you do not bring your dog or any other animals. The only exception will be working/medical alert dogs or service dogs.

Is the merch on sale official or fan made?
This will vary between Vendors! Some Vendors will be selling official albums, merch, and other goods. Some will be selling their own, fan created items. 

Can I trade photocards?
We will have a designated area for photocard trading. We ask that you always indicate whether the photocard you are trading is official or unofficial. You have the right to accept or deny any trades. Kpop Cymru is not responsible for trade agreements made between attendees, so please trade responsibly. Some vendors may accept photocard trades from their personal collections, but this is not guaranteed.
