With excitement building at every stop, Santa’s Magical Elevator will transport your family into a world where dreams come true and the spirit of Christmas fills the air.

Discover the Magic of KringleTown

This year’s revised KringleTown experience takes place across a wonderful new indoor and outdoor setting, with festive surprises for visitors of all ages.

Meander through our Magical Christmas Village before continuing to Santa’s Grotto, exclusively for Santa Experience ticket holders. Santa and his merry team of elves will be waiting to welcome you and bring the magic of Christmas to life! All new Singing Reindeer experience for 2026!

Each family booking includes:

• A special visit with Santa
• A token Christmas gift
• One complimentary 6" × 8" per family photograph, taken by one of Santa’s elves. Additional print copies may be purchased.
• Access to Santa’s Magical Elevator and Grotto experience

Please note that our photographs are taken by Santa’s elves and are not professional studio photography. Families are also welcome to bring their own camera or smartphone, and an elf will be happy to take a quick photograph for you.
