CHANGE MY BOOKING - ADMIN FEE

EXISTING BOOKING AMENDMENT / CHANGE REQUEST

We are happy to amend your booking, however an admin fee of €10 applies to offset our ticket partners fees to change and the admin in making the required changed. Our primary concern is to have an efficient flow during our event, hence our date and time slots allow this to happen. Once a date/time slot is reserved, Santa will be expecting you and your family at this allocated period. Changes / amendments are entirely at the discretion of the customer to change for the above rate.

• Changing Child's Details - Names / Ages / Wish-Lists
• Transferring Tickets

TO AMEND / CHANGE A BOOKING:

1. Add One Ticket Below - €10
2. Complete the Change Form Below
3. Please have your original booking reference code at the ready
4. Complete the Fee Payment
5. Wait - We will be in touch when the Booking is Manually Changed on our end

At KringleTown our aim is to keep our Santa Visits as affordable as possible, however booking changes do cause strain on the booking system at peak times. Please allow 72hrs for changes to be in effect. Any changes are subject to availability at the alternative date/time. Final booking changes must be made 72hrs in advance of your arrival date/time, after this period changes are not possible. Please be advised our booking office times are Mon-Fri 9-5pm, booking changes are not processed outside these hours.

Unfortunately, cancellations within 72hrs will require forfeiting the booking, as your slot cannot be reallocated to another family after this period. Please choose your amendment date/time carefully. No-shows on the day will also forfeit a booking and there is no recourse after the fact. All Tickets purchased at any point are non-refundable. If you cannot make the event and wish to pass your tickets to friends or family, please use this booking amendment request to change the names / wish-lists of kids attending.
