Closure Order Masterclass

Closure order powers are set to change; the Crime and Policing Act 2026 received Royal assent on 29th April and we await details of when the new provisions will come into force.  What we know is that there are changes to the powers, which will be extended to registered providers, for the first time.

This is an essential Masterclass covering everything you need to know to assist you in deciding whether to make an application and how to maximise your chances of success in court.

Who should attend?

Lawyers and frontline officers responsible for preparing the evidence in support of an application and the documents to be submitted to court. The Masterclass will be essential for anyone seeking to deepen their understanding and application of the law and the procedure to be followed in court.

Masterclass materials

You will receive a set of comprehensive slides and all the templates you need to make your application to the court.
