Ablauf:

• 15:00 - 16:30 Uhr Soundcheck (Zugang nur mit VIP Ticket)
• 17:00 Uhr - Einlass (DJ)
• 18:00 - 18:45 Uhr - DJ & Auftritt der Dance Contest Gewinner
• 19:00 - 19:35 Uhr - Optionale Opening Performance durch Überraschungsgast (ohne Gewähr)
• 20:00 - 21:00 Uhr - Junhyung (Live & Fan Interaction)

Ticket Kategorien:

• Regulär (Stehplatz) — Einlass für den gesamten Abend ab 17:00 Uhr 
• VIP (Stehplatz) — Das VIP Ticket umfasst vorrangigen Einlass, Zugang zum Soundcheck, einen exklusiven Bereich direkt vor der Bühne und ein Gruppenfoto mit Junhyung. Streng limitiert.

FAQ:

1. Rückerstattung: Du erhälst eine volle Rückerstattung bis zu 14 Tage vor dem Event. Falls ein Event abgesagt werden muss, erhälst du ebenfalls eine volle Rückerstattung. 2. Sprache: Das Personal spricht Deutsch und Englisch.
3. Tickets: Du erhälst deine Tickets per Mail in Form eines QR Codes, welcher am Einlasse gescannt wird. Bitte halte deinen Personalausweise bereit.
4. Alter: Fans aller Altergruppen sind willkommen
   Personen unter 16 Jahren sollten von einem Elternteil oder Vormund begleitet werden.
   Personen zwischen 16 und 17 Jahren ist der Eintritt mit gültigem Ausweis gestattet.
   Kein Alkohol Ausschank an Personen unter 18 Jahren (Ausweiskontrolle am Eingang und Kennzeichnung durch Armband).
5. Fotoaufnahmen & Filmen: Bitte folge den Anweisung des Personals vor Ort.

Schedule:

• 3:00 – 4:30 p.m. -  Soundcheck (access only with VIP ticket)
• 5:00 p.m. – Doors open (DJ)
• 6:00 - 6:45 p.m. - DJ & performance by the Dance Contest winners
• 7:00 - 7:35 p.m. - Optional opening performance by a surprise guest (subject to change)
• 8:00 – 9:00 p.m. Junhyung (live performance & fan interaction)

Ticket categories:

• Regular (standing) — Admission for the entire evening starting at 5:00 p.m.
• VIP (standing) — Includes priority entry, access to the soundcheck, an exclusive area directly in front of the stage, and a group photo with Junhyung. Strictly limited.

FAQ:

1. Refunds: You will receive a full refund up to 14 days before the event. If the event has to be cancelled, you will also receive a full refund. Get your refund on our ticket website by choosing "Manage tickets": tickettailor.com/events/kulturschockentertainment 
2. Language: Staff will speak German and English.
3. Tickets: You will receive your tickets by email in the form of a QR code, which will be scanned at the entrance. Please have your ID ready.
4. Age: Fans of all ages are welcome.
   Anyone under the age of 16 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
   People between the age of 16 and 17 can enter when they carry a valid personal ID.
   No alcohol is served to people under the age of 18 (Personal ID check at the entrance and tagging by wristband).
5. Photos & Filming: Please follow the instructions of the staff on site.
