Leadership Focus Night- Racial Equity

There are moments when we wonder, "Do we still need to keep talking about racial equity?" Our answer at Kyria is yes.

At Kyria, we believe healthy leadership requires humility. It means being willing to hear stories that may challenge our assumptions, to ask good questions, to keep learning and to keep growing. Racial equity is not simply a cultural conversation; it is a Kingdom conversation. It reflects God's heart for justice, dignity, belonging and the flourishing of every person made in His image.

That is why we continue to host our Leadership Focus evenings on racial equity. These online gatherings create a safe space to relate, listen, discuss and learn together. Whether this is a conversation you've been engaged in for years or you're only just beginning to explore it, you are welcome.

We don't gather because we have all the answers, but because we believe these conversations matter and that they help shape healthier leaders and healthier churches and organisations.
