This interactive one-day virtual course explores how to design and implement occupation-centred tiered working within children’s community occupational therapy services.

The course is followed by two facilitated action learning sets, providing structured support to embed learning and sustain meaningful service transformation.

About the Presenter

Sharon Tuppeny is an occupational therapist with over 30 years’ experience working in and alongside children’s therapy services.

She has held leadership and management roles within the NHS and has supported children’s services across England and Northern Ireland to redesign and implement evidence-based tiered working models.

Sharon holds an MSc in Quality Improvement and Leadership and brings extensive practical experience in service transformation.
