Final Santa Cruz area court locations will be announced closer to your clinic date.

NOTE:

1. Tues May 28 slots are unfortunately NO LONGER available by request, due to  a change in Preston's schedule.

2. Single registrants welcome, but we kindly recommend booking with 1 or more other players, if possible
While single registrants are welcome, we encourage recruiting 1 or more friends to join you.  Ideally, organizing your own group of 4 or 8 players is best.   This helps for a better clinic experience and to avoid disparities in levels and for those who want to minimize random partnering.  We will do our best to group like-minded & like-skilled players together where possible.

3. All tIme slots & skill level groupings are subject to change,  Preston prioritizes filling 2 courts of 8 players  per time slot.  We will contact you in advance as much as possible,  should we need to make adjustments.

4. LIABILITY WAIVER:
By participating in our event, you release the event organizers, their employees, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or accidents that may occur during the event and you agree to the terms of our liability waiver.

5. REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICIES (updated 05.21.2024 @ 12:30pm)

• Full refunds  less a $10 admin fee per personwill be provided if you cancel 48 hours or more in advance of your clinic.  To avoid the admin fee, you may make substitutions for your slot.  Please kindly notify us of any substitutions as soon as possible.

• No refunds will be provided if you cancel less than 48 hours before your session. However, you may make substitions for your slot. Please kindly notify us of any substitutions as soon as possible.

• If we must cancel our event due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to reschedule the event and/or issue refunds, less the $10 admin fee per person.

• We reserve the right to refuse service at any time

• Why do you have 15 minute Q&A?  Clinics are often run with a tight agenda and often back to back, and it can be hard to get your personal questions on topics (eg. mental strategy, products/technologies/ gear, specific training tips, clarification of a prior answer or drill, questions about top pros, other specific personal questions you may have, etc.
