Our Fair is on for 2022,  June 1st-5th 2022 $10 admission will include rides, waterpark, parking and entertainment

Wed 4-10pm(waterpark open until 9pm)
Thurs 4-10pm(waterpark open until 9pm)
Fri 11-11pm(waterpark open until 9pm)
Sat 11-11pm(waterpark open until 9pm)
Sun 11-9pm (waterpark open until 6pm)

3 and up will be charged at the door. *Wristband is required to ride any rides regardless of age. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION

TO THE LACKAWANNA COUNTY HERITAGE FAIR

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE COST OF ADMISSION

EACH TICKET IS GOOD FOR ADMISSION ON ANY ONE DAY, beginning June 1, 2022 at 4 p.m.  until an hour before the fair ends on June 5, 2022 at 8:00 p.m. Multiple daily admissions require the purchase of multiple daily individual tickets. Children aged 2 & under are admitted FREE with a supervising adult holding a paid ticket.

Ticket holders may leave and be readmitted to the Fairgrounds on the same day with the necessary hand stamp.

Each ticket entitles the holder to: free parking; admission to the Fairgrounds; and free access to Amusement Rides, Public Entertainment, Waterpark amenities, & the Chair Lift that goes up the Mountain. Food, beverages, and special fee-for-service events are not included in the price of admission; they must be purchased separately on site.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS

(1) A Fair admission and/or ride ticket is a revocable license which may be revoked by Management, and admission to and/or presence on the Fairgrounds refused, for any reason upon refunding the $10 purchase price. Unauthorized or unlawful resale or attempted resale of this ticket is grounds for seizure of this ticket and cancellation of all admission privileges without compensation. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources are void.

(2) Holder of this ticket acknowledges that there are areas of the Fairgrounds where a video surveillance system has been installed for the purpose of security for the Fairgrounds and Holder consents to being monitored and recorded. Holder of this ticket agrees and consents to all security measures which may be in effect on the Fairgrounds, including hand held metal detection and bag checks. Holder acknowledges that the possession of firearms, knives, martial arts weapons, or any “prohibited offensive weapon” as that term is defined in Section 908 of the Pennsylvania Crimes Code, or the use of drones and selfie sticks, are prohibited on the Fairgrounds.

(3) Holder agrees, by use of this ticket, not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of any performance, exhibition or event presented by the Fair. By redeeming this ticket, you hereby acknowledge your permission for the Lackawanna County Heritage Fair to use your picture for promotional purposes on television, video screens, and elsewhere. You hereby waive all residual rights or claims that might arise from use of your picture or likeness for any such purpose at any future date.

(4) As our guest, you are required to comply with our safety rules and are cautioned to heed all warnings, including any rules or warnings necessitated by COVID-19 masking or distancing requirements established by the Lackawanna County Fair and Recreation Authority, the Lackawanna County Heritage Fair Board, Lackawanna County, the Lackawanna County Visitors Bureau, Montage Mountain Resort, and SwikaS Amusement, Inc.

(5) By accepting admission with this ticket, you agree to assume all risk of injury and to release the Lackawanna County Fair and Recreation Authority, the Lackawanna County Heritage Fair Board, Lackawanna County, the Lackawanna County Visitors Bureau, Montage Mountain Resort, and SwikaS Amusement, Inc. from all responsibility and claims for any loss, injury or damage which you may suffer, excepting any loss, injury or damage caused by our reckless, willful or grossly negligent acts. Entry into the Fairgrounds (including the Waterpark and Chair Lift) constitutes your acceptance of the above terms and conditions.

(5) The Lackawanna County Heritage Fair is not responsible for lost or stolen items, or for damage to parked and unattended vehicles, or for the acts of third parties.
