Topic:  The 7 Q’s of success - from IQ to LQ (likeability quotient)

Pinky – so named as she was particularly pink when she was born - was an entertaining guest on Desert Islands Discs. She has spoken to our Network before and was such a success that I have invited her back. She has written two books,, '’Spice Magic: An Indian Culinary Adventure’’ and '’Coriander Makes the Difference'’ combines inspiration with recipes. She has been a food development consultant with some of the major supermarkets including Sharwoods, Tesco and Safeway.

Pinky hosts an annual global Summit for future women leaders and incorporates an Ambassadors' Programme to connect the award winners with school sixth-formers, providing A Level students with mentors and role models. HRH The Countess of Wessex is Global Ambassador and 2020 marks the 15th anniversary of these Awards. She also sits on the advisory boards of Global Diversity Practice, a provider of multi-disciplinary consultancy and learning solutions ], and Sapphire Partners, the first executive search firm to actively promote women.
