Transformational Painting: The Inner Harvest
Using the Transformational Painting practice - an embodied painting meditation that connects you to intuition, presence, and creative flow - you will explore your own inner harvest. What have you cultivated? What has come to fruition? What are you ready to gather and carry forward? Through intuitive painting, color, and expressive mark-making, you will explore reflection, acknowledgment, and gratitude of who you are now.
