February 12-13: Baroque England: Music powered by Immigrants

England was a home to an astonishing number of immigrant composers whose music brought glory to the Crown. Music by Matteis, Geminiani, Buononcini, Porpora, J.C. Bach, and - greatest of all - George Frideric  Handel.
