Lakeshore Arts invites you to our Black Futures Series: Practising Resiliency in White Spaces. This workshop, led by Tamar Anderson, will give participants practical coping strategies when living, working or engaging in white spaces where they may feel racially discriminated against. It will be conducted through open conversations, sharing strategies and a poetry activity. This is one of two workshops in our Black Futures Series.

This workshop is specifically for Black community members ages 18-65+

About the Facilitator, Tramar Anderson

Tray (Tramar) is a creative person who enjoys self exploration. Creative outlets such as spoken word, Skateboarding, and binaural beats brain entrainment are his fundamentals. He also finds joy in travelling, studying and immersing in new cultures as he also embraces his Afro Caribbean roots, being a second generation Jamaican.
