Do you live, work, study or own property in Lambeth? We want to hear your views on proposals to introduce a private rented property licensing scheme in parts of the borough.
The scheme, if approved, will improve the standards of privately rented properties in the borough. This would be introduced in two phases and is known as selective licensing.
It's important that we hear from everyone who may be affected, so we are holding a free online session. Come along to find out more about the proposals and share your views.
