Safety for Women and Girls Visit - Prescott Place to Voltaire Road

We are reimagining Prescott Place and Voltaire Road and are reaching out to the community to learn about the neighbourhood and understand lived, local experiences.

Join us for a visit in partnership with our Safer Neighbourhoods Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) team, as we travel from Prescott Place to Voltaire Road, shedding light on potential vulnerabilities and striving to create safer spaces for everyone within Lambeth.

VAWG describes forms of violence and abuse that disproportionally affect women and girls.

We will travel slowly, making several stops to allow for observations and discussion.

We welcome all to join however any children or young people attending must be accompanied by an adult. Tickets are only available for over 18s.

Meeting point: South West corner of Prescott Place and Clapham High Street

Duration: 1 hour

During the visit we will:

• Travel the designated route below (starting at Prescott Place and ending at Voltaire Road)
• Stop at the indicated locations for discussion
• Explore safety concerns and identify issues and opportunities in your neighbourhood through facilitated questions and discussion.
