Next Steps Lambeth Parents’ Open Evening: Helping Your Child Plan Their Future

Join us for an event designed to support parents and carers to help your child prepare for next steps after Year 11.

• Find out about options around: sixth form, college, apprenticeships, supported internships and training 
• Hear from employers about new up and coming career pathways 
• Get advice on the different types of support available, including SEND
• Practical tips to help you guide your child’s next steps

The event is open to support any parent or carer navigating post-16 options, regardless of their child’s current year group. This includes:

• Parents of Year 7-9 students who want to plan ahead
• Parents of Year 10-13 students who are currently planning next steps
• Parents of SEND learners who may need longer-term preparation
• Parents of care-experienced young people or those at risk of NEET
• Parents who may have limited access to careers information through school

Entrance is FREE – please drop in anytime between 4pm-8pm, all parents/carers welcome!
