Terms and Conditions

Booking

By booking tickets you agree to the terms and conditions as described below

Refunds

If a refund/return is requested in advance of the event it will be processed at the discretion of the committee. We will not issue for un-used tickets or for requests due to poor weather or due to a change in billed artists / attractions.

Event Cancellation

Any billed artists and attractions are subject to change.

If in the unlikely situation where the event is cancelled we will contact ticket holders and issue refunds via the original payment method where possible.

Data

We store personal information such as name, email and address for the purposes of managing your booking, this is shared with us by our payment merchant (Paypal). We do not store any payment details. We will not share any data and will erase all personal order data within 30 days of the event.

Admission

Admission is at the discretion of the Landbeach Party In The Park Committee, we reserve the right to refuse entry for any reason.

All under 16s must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder aged 18 or over who must remain on site throughout the event as the under 16-year-old’s guardian.

Covid

You must not enter the site if you believe that you may have been infected with Covid-19 and/or you are displaying symptoms of Covid-19.

Banned Items / Bag Searches

You must not bring the following :

• Glassware (Please use plastic glasses)
• Fireworks/Flares of any description
• Sharp knives
• BBQs / Fires
• Nitros Oxide / Laughing Gas
• Illegal substances
• Any item that could be a safety or health risk
• Pets

There will be random bag searches, so we reserve the right to search bags and deny entry for (but not limited to) the above list.

Assistance dogs

Assistance dogs will be permitted by prior arrangement only. In the event that the duty vets have any welfare concerns for an Assistance dog due to the environment at the Party, or for the handler or for the general public, the dog will be required to leave

Party in the Park Liability

We shall have no liability for any loss, injury, illness or damage to any person or property sustained at the event howsoever caused in any circumstances unless caused as a direct result of our negligence. Any personal property brought to the Event is at your own risk.
