2026 Land Castle Vendor Show

Thank you for visiting the 2026 Vendor Registration Page for the Land Castle Summer Extravaganza! We are thrilled to be celebrating our 10th year! 

VENDOR BOOTH PRICES HAVE INCREASED BY $25 AS OF JULY 1, 2026. ALL SITES WILL INCREASE BY ANOTHER $25 ON AUGUST 15, 2026 TO ENCOURAGE EARLY REGISTRATION.

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING FOR THE CHANGES THAT HAVE HAPPENED FROM PREVIOUS YEARS. 

For the first time in Winsted, we have indoor and outdoor categories, booth sizes, and options to choose from. 

ALL BOOTHS/BUSINESSES MUST APPLY USING THE VENDOR APPLICATION FORM UNLESS AN INVITATION WAS SENT FROM LAND CASTLE.

PLEASE contact us with any questions if you haven't attended the event before as a vendor. We will be happy to answer them for you.

NOTE: ALL LAND CASTLE EVENT SALES ARE FINAL. PLEASE ONLY PURCHASE WHAT YOU NEED - DUPLICATE PURCHASES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

The Land Castle Summer Extravaganza - is celebrating its 10th annual event and we are expecting a huge turnout in 2026. 

Get a space for your business now and make some memories with our large and growing group! Land Castle 2025 was our biggest vendor event ever with over 60 vendors at our event in Hutchinson. 2024 featured almost 60 vendors at Winsted!

With the registration/purchase of a vendor space, your business will have its name listed in the Land Castle Vendor Directory, launched for our 2025 event. This page on our website will be updated approximately every two weeks as registrations come in. 

Register as a Perch, Northern, Walleye, or higher level sponsorship and your business logo will be published as well as linked directly to your website! Visit our event sponsorship page to see the different levels available in 2026.

**CHANGE FROM PREVIOUS YEARS** - the space listed is the total size of your booth and will be measured out to help you place your equipment and inventory. This price includes your campsite in the vendor area or in the campground (depending on which level the business registers at). 

Staff from the Land Castle Summer Extravaganza reserve the right to modify spacing as required for any safety or liability reasons.

Only one display trailer per registered outdoor space. (For cargo trailers for holding inventory, an exception can be made upon request) 

We will have a staging area on the southeast end of the event grounds for excess trailers and equipment to be stored outside of the display area.

Medium DEEP Outdoor Booth – 20’x35’ - $375 *Campsite/camping included in Vendor Area*
Large Outdoor Booth – 25’x50’ - $450  *Campsite/camping included in Vendor Area*

SPONSOR OPTIONS:

Walleye Sponsorship of Land Castle 2026 - $550 - Includes outdoor vendor area spot of 25'x50', logo on our event banners, website, tagged on social media, and includes another 2026 Friday/Saturday (2-night) camping package to use as a giveaway or promotional prize for your business! - These tickets will be issued electronically to your business via email July 1, 2026 with no cash or exchange value.

Northern Sponsorship of Land Castle 2026 - $450 - Includes outdoor vendor area spot of 20'x35', logo on our event banners, website, tagged on social media, and includes another 2026 Friday/Saturday (2-night) camping package to use as a giveaway or promotional prize for your business! - These tickets will be issued electronically to your business via email July 1, 2026 with no cash or exchange value.

Perch Sponsorship of Land Castle 2026 - $250 - List your business logo on our event banners, website, tagged on social media, and your own dedicated announcement post. No vendor space or campsite.

DEALERSHIP / BUILDER OPTIONS (Based on # of trailers, not space):

Dealership / Manufacturer Single House Display Space - $750 *Camp in Vendor Area - Space for One Fish House Trailer (not to exceed 8'x17') on Display*

Dealership / Manufacturer Small Display - $1,000 *Camp in Vendor Area - Space for Two Fish House Trailers on Display*
Dealership / Manufacturer Medium Display - $1,250 *Camp in Vendor Area - Space for Three Fish House Trailers on Display*
Dealership / Manufacturer Large Display - $1,500 *Camp in Vendor Area - Space for Five Fish House Trailers on Display*

Dealership display packages come with four (4) weekend adult wristbands for staff.

Food Vendor Space* - up to 10'x30' - $300 for the weekend. State Health Department License/Permit to serve food required on file with Land Castle Event. State of Minnesota Health Dept. will conduct checks during the event. Electrical and water hookups available as needed. Flat rate for weekend.

Vendor sites are size restricted by class, and all prospective vendors need to do is visit our vendor info page and contact us to sign up. Vendors are not allowed to sell or display products or demos in the campground. Any violators will be asked to leave so make sure to contact us to ensure you get your business registered in our vendor show at Land Castle 2026!

Vendors wishing to create any kind of Land Castle merchandise must contact the Land Castle Summer Extravaganza organizers for a trademark use agreement. Land Castle name and other intellectual property including but not limited to the event logo, name, and photos are all protected under US copyright and trademark law. 

VENDORS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE AWAY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT LAND CASTLE 2026 DUE TO LICENSING AND INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS.

Saturday – September 19th

Set Up Times:

Thursday – September 17th
9AM to 9PM

Friday – September 18th
8AM to 9:00AM

Tear Down*
Shall occur no earlier than 6 PM on Saturday evening. Violators will not be allowed to return to the show without prior approval. 

Land Castle 2026 additional campsites can be purchased on our main ticket page.

ALL LCSE CAMPING AND VENDOR attendees must have wristbands (adults). Kids under 18 do not need wristbands but we want an approximate number of kids attending known so please select how many free kids tickets you will need in your campsite.

All regular vendor packages comes with the following:

1 - Vendor Space (Small, medium, large) - and any applicable campsites (please ensure you register for the correct space)
2 - Adult Wristbands
1- Vehicle Placard for Parking

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE ASSIGNED SPONSOR SITES. EVENT SPONSORS WILL BE PLACED FIRST. 

VENDORS WILL BE AWARDED SPACING BASED ON ARRIVAL AND SPACE AVAILABILITY. 

In 2026 vendor access to the Land Castle event grounds for deliveries-only, begins at 9:00 AM on Wednesday 9/16. Trailer "drop down" will not happen until Thursday to help us understand our overall layout for best customer traffic flow. Please note that most outdoor vendor spaces will be aligned around our TEMPORARY indoor vendor space tent. 

Private toilet reservations are accepted through the Land Castle Summer Extravaganza and serviced by Mini-Biff of Hutchinson. Any septic tank dump requests at the event must go directly through Mini-Biff and is subject to their staff availability.
