Call for Nominations: Most Enhanced Awards
Do you know a remarkable restoration, rehabilitation, or adaptive reuse project in St. Louis that deserves recognition? Was the project substantially completed between April 2024 and April 2025? The Most Enhanced Awards celebrates outstanding examples of preserving and revitalizing our city’s architectural heritage. Projects are evaluated on their difficulty, historical or architectural significance, diversity of type, potential for neighborhood transformation, and inspirational impact. Submit your nominations today and help us honor the individuals and organizations shaping St. Louis’ future through preservation.

Save the Date: 30th Annual Most Enhanced Awards Ceremony

Join Landmarks Association on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at the Post Building downtown (formerly the Post-Dispatch Building), a 2022 Most Enhanced award winner, to celebrate 30 years of recognizing the best in historic rehabilitation. This year's event highlights some of the top projects completed in the past year and honors the developers and rehabbers revitalizing St. Louis' architectural heritage.
