About The Celebration of Culture

The Celebration of Culture taking place on March 11th and 12th 2023, and is a two daylong celebratory event which promotes inclusivity and intercultural dialogue, the sharing of cultural practices, story-telling, and provides a safe space for conversation and the celebration of each culture’s unique attributes. It will provide space for education, connection, and the celebration of our cultural differences through music, dance, performance, and visual arts.

10:10  -10:55 Dance lesson - Traditional Indian Dance with a Bollywood flair 

11:00 - 12:30  Demonstration & Dance lesson - Rock Step Swing

5:30 - 8:30 Culture rich Entertainment and Food - Enjoy and evening with The Wild Moccasins and the Vancouver inter-cultural orchestra.  Peruvian cuisine will be available to purchase!
