RISE: Navigating Modern Challenges through Psychospiritual Education for Young Muslims

Instructor: Mohsin Hashmi | Live Stream Online | One-Year Course | Only £10 Per Month Per Child | Sundays 11:00-11:30am. Please note this course commenced on 1st Sep, but each session is a standalone lesson in itself therefore your child will benefit from new topics each lesson. You will also be given access to all of the recordings of previous sessions.

This unique, year-long course is designed to empower young Muslims with the tools to understand their minds, nurture their hearts and thrive in today’s world — all through the lens of faith. Blending modern mental health education with timeless Islamic psychology and practical wellbeing strategies, this course helps children and teens explore who they are, how they feel and how to grow into confident, emotionally intelligent believers.

Across 52 weeks, students will journey through topics like anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, the Islamic model of the soul, heart, intellect and building resilience through sabr, shukr and tawakkul. They’ll also tackle real-life challenges like bullying, self-worth and screen time, while learning how to flourish with purpose, positivity and faith.

This is more than a course. It’s a transformational experience that nurtures the whole self, helping the next generation of Muslims become grounded, God-conscious and emotionally strong individuals ready to face life with strength and sincerity.
