This is a CA POST-certified professional development course. It will consist of three (3) consecutive 8-hour days. Attendees successfully completing this course will receive 24 hours of POST CPT credit.

Front Line Leadership is a vital 3-day course for all peace officers and professional staff of all ranks, tenure, and assignment in public safety. As public safety demands grow, effective leadership is essential for organizational success.
