Dee White & Kylie Frey — The Irish Detour

40 guests. Five nights in Ireland. Music every night.

March 3–8, 2027 · Belfast · Hillsborough Castle · Dublin · Kilkenny

Spend six days travelling through Ireland with Dee White and Kylie Frey, as part of a group limited to just 40 guests.

And when we say with Dee and Kylie, we mean it.

They’ll travel on the coach with the group, join the experiences along the way and be part of the trip from Belfast through Dublin and Kilkenny — not simply meet you at the venues each night.

You’ll share welcome drinks, experience a private tour of Hillsborough Castle followed by an intimate Dee White and Kylie Frey performance in the Throne Room, visit EPIC and the Irish National Stud together, take part in an exclusive artist Q&A and hear Dee and Kylie perform every night of the trip.

There is also room to experience Ireland at your own pace.

This is not a large escorted tour and it is not five concert tickets bundled with a hotel.

There are 40 guest seats on the coach. Once they’re gone, this trip is full.

THE TRIP

Day 1 · Belfast Arrival & Opening Night

Arrive in Belfast, check into the hotel and take some time to settle in.

That evening, we’ll meet for welcome drinks and appetisers with Dee and Kylie before heading to one of Belfast’s most intimate music rooms, The Sunflower.

The first performance of the trip is a private acoustic show exclusively for the travelling group — Dee, Kylie and just 40 guests in the room.

Overnight: Belfast

Day 2 · Belfast, Hillsborough Castle & The Throne Room

The day begins in Belfast, with musician Brendan McCreanor leading guests into the city’s music, stories and creative life.

Later, we travel to Hillsborough Castle for one of the most special moments of the trip: a private tour of the castle, followed by an intimate performance by Dee White and Kylie Frey in the Throne Room.

It is the kind of setting most music fans will never experience this way — a historic castle, a private group and Dee and Kylie performing in a room built for occasion.

An exclusive Q&A with Dee White and Kylie Frey brings you closer to the songs, their careers and the musical connections between America and Ireland.

The second performance of the trip takes place inside Hillsborough Castle itself, making this one of the signature nights of The Irish Detour.

Overnight: Belfast

Day 3 · Dublin, Emigration & The Cobblestone

We leave Belfast and travel south together to Dublin.

Our first stop is EPIC, The Irish Emigration Museum, exploring the stories of Irish people who left the island and the influence they carried around the world.

For fans of country, roots and Americana, it is part of the wider story behind the music: people leaving, songs travelling and traditions changing shape across the Atlantic.

That evening, Dee and Kylie perform at The Cobblestone, one of Dublin’s great traditional music venues, with Irish musicians becoming part of the night.

Dinner at leisure.

Overnight: Dublin

Day 4 · Horses, Kildare & On to Kilkenny

After breakfast, the group leaves Dublin for County Kildare and the Irish National Stud.

Dee and Kylie are coming too.

We’ll explore the Stud together before sitting down for an included group lunch — an especially fitting stop given Kylie’s own rodeo and horse background.

From there, we continue to Kilkenny and check into our hotel for two nights.

The rest of the afternoon and evening are yours. Explore the city, find somewhere for dinner, head to a pub or simply enjoy some downtime.

And if you want more music, Dee and Kylie will be playing again at an optional informal Saturday-night gathering in the Kilkenny area.

Nothing heavily produced. No obligation to attend. Just another chance to hear them play in a relaxed setting.

Overnight: Kilkenny

Day 5 · Kilkenny & The Farewell Show at Cleere’s

The final full day belongs to Kilkenny.

There is no scheduled group sightseeing, so you can explore the medieval streets, visit Kilkenny Castle, browse the shops, find a pub for lunch or simply enjoy having nowhere you need to be.

That evening, everyone comes back together for a farewell dinner with Dee and Kylie.

Then we head to Cleere’s, one of Kilkenny’s most intimate music rooms, for the final show of The Irish Detour.

With the travelling group in the room and only a small number of public tickets available, it is the night that brings the week together.

Overnight: Kilkenny

Day 6 · Departures

After breakfast, our scheduled coach leaves Kilkenny for Dublin Airport.

WHY ONLY 40?

Because the group size changes the experience.

Forty people can fit into The Sunflower for a private acoustic show.

Forty people can sit down together for a meal.

Forty people can move through Hillsborough Castle, EPIC and the Irish National Stud as one group.

Forty people can experience an intimate performance in the Throne Room without it becoming a crowd.

And there are 40 guest seats on the coach — with Dee and Kylie travelling alongside you.

This is deliberately not a large fan tour.

Once those 40 seats are gone, there isn’t another bus.

COMING ON YOUR OWN?

Absolutely.

Solo travellers are welcome, and everyone arrives with at least one thing already in common: the music.

You’ll be part of the group from the first evening, while the itinerary also gives you independent time in Belfast, Dublin and Kilkenny.

Single occupancy is available for an additional supplement, subject to availability.
