Food brings people together.
We started in Copenhagen one year ago, in a student housing kitchen, with a simple idea: recreate the feeling of home. For us, lasagne has always meant more than food. It is the familiar aroma filling the kitchen, the anticipation, and the moment everyone gathers around the table. It is warmth, tradition, and connection.
Living abroad, we missed that feeling. So we began preparing the traditional recipes we grew up with, sharing them with friends who missed for a taste of home, and with anyone curious to experience authentic Italian flavours. What started as a small gathering quickly became a ritual. Then a weekly event. And today, a growing international community.
