Den of Wolves: New Eden

Whether you’re a seasoned mega-gamer or brand new to the genre, this mega-game, inspired by Battlestar Galactica, The Expanse, and Firefly, has something for everyone.

Command a starship in a ragtag fleet of refugees fleeing a deadly foe. Manage resources, defend your allies - and find the traitors amongst you.

What is a mega-game?
Mega-games are games that have a large number of players that combine elements from board games, RPGs, military simulations, and improv-theater. You are both the actor and the audience. You are both a player and a board piece. You are both the noble knight on a quest and the NPC quest-giver. It is a big, collaborative story told through the mechanics of a game that will give you stories you will be able to tell for the rest of your life.

Teams

There are 6 teams with 3 players each. Each team represents a ship in the fleet:

• AEGIS:
  A military vessel that was only able to escape the initial onslaught through sheer luck.
• Dione:
  A luxury cruiser designed for recreation that now holds the largest remaining population.
• Icebreaker:
  A large mining vessel meant for gathering resources is now doing its best to keep the fleet supplied.
• Shepherd:
  An emergency food production vessel that now hosts an impromptu research lab.  
• Quellon:
  A water harvesting vessel equipped to track down icy comets, now uses its tracking capabilities to perform reconnaissance. 
• Refinery 124:
  A floating refinery meant to turn shale into fuel, now serves as the fleet's secondary fighter carrier.

Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and briefing.
