Starting her career in econometric modelling and planning for Nestle, Lisa has since supported numerous blue-chip PLCs and other organisations across many sectors enabling commercial decision-making built on insight​. She was Chief Customer Officer at Saga Group PLC and is now Chief Executive Officer at the Big Window Consulting which houses the renowned consumer insight agency, the Big Window, as well as the strategic longevity consultancy, Fullspan, which works with commercial organisations across the world on how to optimise the value in and of older consumers​.
