Workshop 2: INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED

This workshop is perfect for you if you feel reasonably confident with the basics of Natalie's classes but would like to finesse you current style with tips on weight placement, knee position, upper body movement, placement of arms, fingers,  toes and more!

I will break down some of the more complex steps as well as pick up on common errors that I see in class and give plenty of time during the session to practise these.

If there are specific things that you would like me to include in the workshop, do let me know beforehand so that I can incorporate them into my session plan.
