The 17th Annual LMSA Southeast Regional Conference, Raíces y Resiliencia: Our Journey in Medicine, is about honoring where we come from and celebrating the strength that carries us forward. Resiliencia (resilience) reflects the determination and spirit that guide us through the challenges of medical training and inspire us to pursue our dreams. For us as students, this conference is more than an event. It is a chance to connect, to learn, and to remember that we are never on this journey alone. Together, we lift one another up, share our stories, and shape the future of medicine with pride in who we are and hope for what lies ahead.

This year, we are proud to gather in Nashville, a city known for its heart, its music, and its tradition of storytelling. Just as Nashville blends history with innovation, our conference will honor our past while looking boldly to the future of medicine.
