Brush Calligraphy & Bottomless Lunch at The Oak
Join us for a calming creative experience in Shepherd's Bush on Saturday 10 June at 11am. A one and a half hour brush pen calligraphy workshop followed by a delicious lunch, with bottomless Prosecco, or house mocktails.
A Creative Spring Workshop...
Calm your mind, and recharge together with friends as you explore the relaxing art of brush pen calligraphy. Local calligraphy artist Laura Edralin will be guiding you through the essentials to spring-themed brush pen calligraphy. You'll receive all the pens, worksheets and materials for the session, finishing with your own calligraphed item to take home.
Your Bottomless Lunch Awaits...
Once your creative juices get flowing, you'll choose from a delicious lunch menu, including The Oak's famous wood fired over pizzas, and enjoy endless sparkles for a serious Saturday treat. You'll be learning creative penmanship over bottomless glasses of your bubbles, or non-alcoholic house mocktails...the ideal Saturday experience.

Gather your friends and partners, and start your weekend in the gorgeous private space at The Oak W12. Tickets are £65 pp (for the prosecco drinkers) or £60 pp (for the mocktail-ers) and include all the materials for the workshop plus a choice of meal from The Oak’s Bottomless Lunch menu.
ABOUT THE TEACHER | LAURA EDRALIN
Laura is a calligraphy artist and certified wellbeing coach based in Shepherd's Bush. In 2017, Laura experienced a period of ill mental health that led her to discovering calligraphy and lettering which has become essential to her wellbeing, and now, her business.
She creates hand lettering and calligraphy designs for a range of projects, from weddings and workplaces, to personalised pieces and designs of cards, prints and gifts. Passionate about sharing tools to help support wellbeing alongside the powerful benefits of creativity, Laura teaches workshops in workplaces, online and in-person, to the public and for private events.

With an emphasis on Italy, Spain and regional France, The Oak W12 is dedicated to sourcing top quality ingredients from local suppliers and creating simple but delicious dishes. The wood fired oven & their talented pizziaolos bring a highlight of authentic Italian pizzas to the stunning menu.
Set in an unusual and eclectic mix of modern industrial chic, the venue included old English eccentricity and Italian antiques all within a beautiful and grand Victorian building.
