Surrounded by the warm, soothing glow of Himalayan salt, you'll be guided through a 60-minute Yin yoga practice designed to encourage deep relaxation, release tension, and create space for stillness.
Unlike more active styles of yoga, Yin invites you to slow down and settle into gentle, longer-held postures that support flexibility, mobility, and mindfulness. Whether you're new to Yin yoga or Yin is part of your weekly practice, this intimate gathering is an invitation to pause, nourish yourself, and embrace the power of slowing down.
