Escape the city rush and join us at Lavender Hill for an immersive, hands-on guided farm tour that is equal parts fascinating, picturesque, and plain good fun. This isn’t just a stroll through pretty fields—it is an authentic look inside a passionate, family-run operation. Your hosts, Jason and Trisha, will take you behind the scenes of our working 7-acre farm. You will discover how lavender is grown and harvested, and learn what sets commercial oil-bearing lavender apart from the varieties in your backyard. Step inside our distillery to see the traditional still where our 100% pure lavender oil is crafted. 

Next, you will head over to "Little Lottie"—our custom copper craft gin still. Hear firsthand how we select and blend botanicals, including our own farm-grown ingredients, to create our award-winning, gold-medal spirits. Your tour also includes:

• An olive grove walkthrough to learn about different varieties, pruning, and harvesting techniques.
• Friendly alpacas waiting to be hand-fed.
• Sweeping, scenic views stretching all the way back across the Upper Harbour to the Sky Tower.
• A boutique shop experience rounded off with an exclusive, boutique gin tasting.

Important Bloom Note: Our vibrant commercial lavender fields are in full purple bloom from mid-December until mid-January. While our guided tours run successfully year-round with all the exact same interactive elements, please note that the flower fields will not be in bloom outside of this peak summer window.
