South London Deposit 56hr Sound Healing Practitioner Course 2026

Accredited 56-hour Sound Healing Practitioner Course

To pay your deposit to secure your place on the 2026 Sound Healing Practitioner Training Course.  This course is run over over 4 weekends. To complete the course you would also need to complete 30 case studies (10+ can be completed during the different weekends), conduct a solo sound bath and complete a 1,000 word thesis on sound healing.

Weekend 1 - Crystal Bowls/Himalayan Bowls

• What is Sound Healing, how does it work on the physical and energetic bodies
• Understanding the harmony of sound and its role in healing
• Types of Bowls and playing techniques
• Hands on practice with the bowls
• Sonic Vibroacoustic Sound Bowl Massage
• Basic healing session given to other participants on the course
• The History of Sound Healing Bowls
• Different types of bowls - antique, modern day bowls. A selection of blows will be available to buy on the course.
• How to choose bowls and wands
• Different playing techniques
• Chakra Keywords
• Full Healing Session
• Cleansing your Himalayan Bowls
• Advanced Techniques - playing Bowls directly on the body, Bowl Massage technique, Toning with the Bowls and Triad Layout for Bowls
• Cleansing the healing space.

Weekend 2 - Gongs

• Different types of Gongs
• Gong frequencies
• How to choose a gong
• Sound effects on the brain
• Spiritual and physical effects of using gongs as instruments of healing
• Different playing techniques
• Mallets, strikers and flumis
• Playing layouts
• Participants will give gong healings to others on the course
• A selection of gongs will be available to purchase

Weekend 3 - Sound Instruments/Dowsing

• Creating a sacred space
• Choosing other instruments for your sound healings
• Flutes, rattles & shakers, drums, whistles, bells, tingshas, tuning forks, kochi chimes, bells, ocean drum, kalimba, harmonium and other instruments
• Shamanic Drumming
• Tuning Forks
• Dowsing the chakras
• Time to play all the instruments and prepare for the sound baths on the final weekend
• Tips on private healings
• Setting up a sound healing business

Weekend 4 - Graduation Weekend

• Giving a Group Sound Healing Bath – Points to consider
• Finding a venue, costs, advertising, setting up the space.
• Using different instruments, Chimes, Bird Whistles, Bowls, Gong and Percussion etc.
• Treating People with Life Limiting Conditions
• Assessment
• Code of Conduct

The cost of fees for the Course is £1525 for the full Course. Payment plans are available either monthly or two weeks before each weekend. 

A non refundable deposit of £400 will secure your place on the Course.

Course times are Sat & Sun 10am - 17.00 each day.

The course is at Lavender Oaks Healing, Oaks Avenue, Worcester Park. Surrey. KT4 8XD
