South London - Two Day Intensive Gong Course

Accredited two day intensive emersion Gong course. This course is aimed at those who want to learn the basics of sound healing and techniques on playing gongs and no experience is required to attend. The course will be structured according to the needs of the group.  It's the ideal course for those who want to begin their gong experience journey. A range of different gong-related subjects will be covered including:-

• Brief background on the Gong & different types
• The effects of the Gong in sound healing
• Learning, practising and playing different gong playing techniques
• Buying Gongs & Mallets
• Introduction to flumi techniques
• Hands on gong playing
• Creating a drone with the Gong
• Using hand gongs and techniques
• Opportunity to play different gongs 
• Chance to deepen your individual connection with the gong.

There will also be a selection of Nepalese gongs for sale on the day, ranging from 40cms to 100cms in size.

The course is at Lavender Oaks Healing, 6 Oaks Avenue, Worcester Park, Surrey. KT4 8XD

Saturday and Sunday 10.00-17.00 each day.

Free parking is also available outside the property.
