An oil anointing ceremony will take place at the beginning of this sound healing journey. Sacred Oils are powerful tools for healing and expanding consciousness. They form part of an ancient healing tradition that dates back thousands of years. Often people experience a deeper connection with the sound after an oil anointing.

We use a range of different instruments in our sound journeys - Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, several different gongs and a range of other percussion instruments.
