South London - Sound Healing Discovery Day

If you have ever felt curious about sound healing, wanted to experience it first hand, or are considering training in this powerful modality, this discovery day is designed for you.

Throughout the day, we will offer a series of experiential, hands-on sessions introducing you to a range of sound healing instruments, including Himalayan bowls, gongs, tuning forks, shamanic drums, and more.

(Hands-on experiential session)

You will have the opportunity to try the instruments yourself, experience their vibrational effects, and discover which instruments truly resonate with you.

These sessions are relaxed, informative, and open to everyone — no previous experience is necessary.

Anyone who attends the discovery will have the opportunity to progress onto the Internationally Accredited Sound Healing Practitioner Training.

Our Sound Healing Shop will also be open during the day, where you can explore and purchase instruments, tools, and resources to support your personal or professional sound journey.
