Session 2 will explore remedies for discrimination, and will cover:

• Recommendations the tribunal make to assist a successful claimant
• How financial loss and interest are calculate
• The basis for awards for injury to feelings, and how the Vento bands fit into the process

The session will end with a Q and A.
