Layups 4 Life's 8th Annual 3v3 Charity Basketball Tournament

🏀 We're Running It Back at the Parsippany PAL! 🏀

Grab your squad — friends, family, co-workers, or anyone in your network  and bring your 'A' game to our annual 3v3 Charity Basketball Tournament. We're back at the Parsippany PAL and we cannot wait to host you and your team at this year's tournament. 

Founded by cancer survivor Dan Exter and his wife Dana, Layups 4 Life has raised over $165,000 since 2014 in support of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, a global leader in cancer research and clinical trials.

So mark your calendars, rally your teammates, and get ready to take the courts in the fight against cancer. See below for more details:

$60 per person

- Team of 3 = $180

- Team of 4 = $240

- Participants must be 18 years of age and over.

- Co-ed teams welcomed

- All skill-levels welcome

- All teams are guaranteed to play a minimum of three (3) games

- A team of three (3) is the minimum amount of players for a team

- Teams can initially sign up as a team of 3 but should you decide to add a fourth you can do so via a single player ticket.

- You can immediately sign up a team of four (4).  The fourth person will act as a sub (you can NOT have more than four (4) people on a team)

- Individual players cannot sign up as "free agents", you must have a team in order to sign up 

- Teams will be placed into divisions based on age and skill-level (please answer our questions when you register honestly to keep divisions fair and competitive) 

- The top teams with the best record coming out of their division will THEN be seeded into a single elimination tournament (the exact number of teams to move on will be decided as we get closer to the tournament)

- Tournament check in begins at 10am. Games will get underway at 10:30am (how long you stay depends on the performance of your team!)

- Spectators welcome, no entry fee required, but a donation is appreciated 

- Additional activities will include a raffle, 50/50, 3-Point Shooting Contest (for participants only) and much more!

- Prizes awarded to 1st place finishing teams 

- Tournament entry fee includes donation to Layups 4 Life 

- Deadline to register will be Sunday, September 14th at 11:59 pm.
