Layups 4 Life invites you to participate in the 3rd Annual 'Drive Out Cancer' Golf Outing, taking place on Wednesday, October 26th, 2022, at Galloping Hill Golf Course, located in Kenilworth, New Jersey. The funds raised from this event will support cancer research and clinical trials at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Here is what you need to know:

** Check in for this event will be at 7:30am, with a 9am shotgun start**

GOLF FORMAT:

• Pre-registration of foursome (deadline to register: 10/19/22)
• $200 per golfer
  • You can sign up individually OR opt to register your entire foursome
• Each member of your foursome must be registered
• Best Ball format & scoring
• All skill levels welcome
• Foursomes can be co-ed

GOLF TICKET INCLUDES:

• 18-holes of golf
• Golf carts
• One (1) drink ticket (beer or wine)
• Breakfast (Yogurt, Fresh Fruit, Bagels, Pastries, Coffee, Juice and more)
• BBQ Lunch (Burgers, Chicken, Ribs and more)
• Access to practice green
• Access to facilities at Galloping Hill
• Participation in all contests (Hole In One, Closest to Pin and Longest Drive)
• Welcome Gift
• Water and snacks provided in carts
