Wealth and Wellbeing Networking morning

Thu 12 Nov 2026 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM Bloom Longevity Labs, Bramley Grange, LS14 3DW

When we talk about investing for the future, our minds usually turn to pensions, savings and financial planning.

But there’s another investment that deserves just as much attention: your health.

After all, what’s the point of having a well-planned financial future if you’re not in the best possible position to enjoy it?

That’s the thinking behind our next Wealth and Wellbeing networking event, where we’ll be joining forces with Bloom Longevity Lab at its new Bramley Grange clinic on Thursday 12 November 2026.

Just as financial planning encourages us to think ahead rather than simply react when something happens, taking a preventative approach to our health can help us make positive choices before problems arise.

Our Health & Wealth event will begin with an introduction to tapping, a simple wellbeing technique that can help with relaxation and stress management.

We’ll then hear from Dr Lubna Khan-Salim, one of the founders of Bloom Longevity Labs, who will explore the five key pillars of health and why taking a more proactive approach to our wellbeing becomes increasingly important as we age.

Alan Lazenby, Managing Director of Lazenby’s, will share his top financial takeaways for 2026, including some of the key considerations to think about when planning for the years ahead.

Financial wellbeing isn’t simply about having a certain amount of money in the bank. It’s about understanding where you are today, where you want to get to and whether your financial plan is helping you get there.

That might mean reviewing your pension, thinking about your investments, considering your retirement plans or simply making sure your finances are aligned with the life you want to lead.

Your £10 ticket includes a tasty vegan, Indian lunch.
